Citreon Relay remote key

    Have a relay van 07 plate and i cant get it de immobilsed using remote key.... can get in by opening locks etc but wont start even with second key..... have tried new battery but red led hardly lights when any function is pressed.... is it possible to start using second key or can immobilser be deactivated using just the key in ignition ???

    It's a possibility the batteries have gone out of date within the keys, I had to sort this out for the father in-law last week on his 07 yarris. He still arguing with me now saying its not possible for both keys to go at the same time even though new batteries has cured the problem (stupid old fart) lol

    Some times after batteries been dead for a while your key looses it's memory and needs re code, don't pay the rediculus dealer prices for that give me a shout and I may be able to sort it and won't cost you a penny

    Thanks mate..... batterys were fine but loose connections within fusebox was causing starting issues...... all sorted for now many thanks

    I was just about to say I just read that they have ignition relays on that model and they quite often are a fault
