You guys (and gals) recommend anything? Just had a good look at the rear allow as I was oiling the chain and noticed the alloy was caked in grime, hardened chain oil and road filth. As the alloy is gloss black its was hard to notice until closer inspection. Its hardened to be thick stodgy type film. You folks recommend any product or method to bring the alloy back to near new?
Wd40 works for me mate, just don't let it get under the weights as they will be on the floor in the morning
WD40 or baby wipes. +1 about the balance weights! Then use Mr Sheen to get a coat of polish or wax on them. Be easier next time.
