I checked on line about the status on my yoshi from bio hazard, and got this:

Your item cleared customs in GREAT BRITAIN at 5:20 am on December 23, 2011.

Anything I need to do now, or just wait????

Contact parcel force worldwide mate, it'll end up with them from customs and the last us shipment I got I rang them before they even thought about sending it out for delivery and went and picked it up.

They should be able to see it on their system if you have all the tracking details and I'd assume they're just super busy with it being Xmas

    Looking good.

Last time I bought from the US I had to pay Parcel Force the customs charge before they would send it.

Customs from the US depends on the value they have stated, catch 22 is if a $400 item and its declared at $100 then you can not insure it for $400! If the item is $100 it will pass through with no hold up and you will get the bill for £22 ish later on by post, if the item is high value some hold it back send a letter and you have to pay the duty before its shipped to you... simples.. :)

Just had an email from parcel force worldwide, they had held the can until I paid a customs charge of £28.88.

Still not bad as the total cost was £462 in customs, delivery etc....

It is also getting delivered tomorrow! :D

So, an all in saving of £350 odd if ordered from biohazard in the US....

The carbon belly pan was supposed to be here this week...I'll chase them up tomorrow, providing they arent off until the 3rd jan!

I'll fit the bellypan and can the same time, as lee is giving me a hand, also got to fit the pipercross filter.

Did you put a lower value on the item to get the duty so cheap ?

Yeah I have heard of that arrangement but my only worry when I was considering it, is your only insured for $100 then if something happens which fortunately in your case did'nt happen. Can't wait to see the photos mate. All the best for 2012.
