Just got a question about the clutch on a 06blade, do the cables stretch over time?
I've got the adjustable levers and they started off on 2, I'm now on 5. I've checked the fluid & that's all fine.
So would it be the cable needs replacing or could it be something.

Your advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am confused, not, i suspect, as confused as you though.
Fluid for a hydraulic clutch which doesn't have a cable...
has the problem started since you fitted the adjustable levers?
if the answer is yes they are probably the cause of the problem

When was the last time you bled the clutch fluid?
Suggest you get that done, it should help to return your settings.

I've had the bike about 18mths and it came with the levers, so I know that's not the cause.
I wasnt sure if it was cable or not. I had a feeling it was hydrolic, so the cable bit was a but stupid, lol.
I haven't bled the clutch fluid since I've had the bike & this problme has only happened in last few weeks.

Well after a flush, top up and bleed, the clutch seems to be just fine now.
Thanks for the advice & tips and my apologies if some of you thought it was a stupid question.
