I have a 04 with only 10000 miles on it, the last few time's I've ridden it's felt as if the clutch cable has stretched and it's now hardly engaging at all so I can't find neutral whilst it's running.
I've looked and it appears to be a hydraulic clutch hose, do they still wear over time like a cable would? If not any suggestions on what it could be?

No they don't wear out, it could be air locked and need bleeding, if that's the case you might as well change the the fluid and flush the old out, it needs replacing as part of the maintenance schedule

As said above probably just needs new fluid and/or bleeding. Whilst there check the actuator for seepage.

Thanks all for the info, I shall look at it when I get a chance next weekend hopefully.
I had the brakes done at the start of the year but wasn't aware of the clutch being hydraulic until now so didn't have it done.

Same here. I had to bleed mine at the slave cylinder at the beginning of every season.
