Same here but not icy, planning on a blast this afternoon. Temp should be about 4-5 degrees. Thermals and main roads I think. I just have to hear what my new Scorpion exhaust sounds like.
rode in to work this morning!! was FREEZING at 7am.... now stuck in poxy office looking out the window at clear blue skies and dry roads. - i'm not happy!
I'm going out later if anyone's around this way. Roads dry and clear of salt. Blue skies. It'd be wrong not to.
I was planning to, but overnight rain has made the roads soaking wet and salty. Very cold as well even though the sun has just turned up. Six Nations for me, hopefully Sunday may be drier, if not I have Monday off and the forecast is looking good for then.....so far.
just tried washing the car .. the water froze instantly , so that makes a ride a big no no for me up here
Bugger me that was cold! My hands were so numb I was fixating on wrapping my hands around a coffee at Bridge Motorcycle and put salt in it instead of sugar. I managed to drink of it but enough was enough. Just got home and now my fingers decide to warm up. They're on bloody fire!
Yup thought as much went for my tyres first thing in the van and I had to sit in it with a fan heater on my knee to defrost the windscreen so got back had to go to Runcorn to pay for my new fire and once back the frost was still all over and the roads were wet .I was supposed to meet Andy and Barney but knocked it in the head and now although sunny is colder than at 10 am .Barney was having some though! Decided to change the oil now .
Jeanette gave me orders before she went this morning that I had to get a new passport photo done before I went off gallivanting on the bike. She didn't say I couldn't get it done in Cornwall though.
Must be lucky here down south, just got back from a 1 hour blast and whilst it was cold I never really felt it. Lots of like minded guys and girls were out an On Yer Bike was pretty busy. Great run out but my Scorpion exhaust is a bit too loud with the baffle out so I have put it back in ready for the next run.
And wasn't the match enjoyable. Apparently there was another one in Cardiff but nobody really cares about that one. Come on the azuri tomorrow. Oh and does Tennessee sipping whiskey count as beer?
