Believe it or not they Honda are very big on customer retention and grinding the dealers down to implement procedures and measures to keep people coming back to Honda. Unfortunately Honda themselves are missing the mark by not practicing what they preach.
After the phone call I've had on Tuesday afternoon , all I'm going to say is this ... Honda uk and honda customer services , you are a F*****g disgrace , you treated me like a Piece of S**T on the telephone , broken promise , gone back on your word , MCN have been informed and I hope they rip the S**t out of you.. Roll on march the 1st when the BMW arrives. . . . .
