Hi, I know the mid and lower fairings on the 06/07 bikes are different from 04/05 models but what about the top fairing, fuel tank covers, tail units and front mudguards ? are any of them interchangeable ? Thanks in advance Nige
I've just checked the front mudguard for example and the parts info is saying an 06/07 will only fit 06/07, I'll have a look at the tank cover.
Im sure the mudgaurd will fit. Im also sure the tail and tank cover will too. Unsure on the nose, the 06/07 had the raised bit under the screen, mounts could be but shouldnt be different. The mid and lower's dont fit for sure.
Yeah, just checking the different colour combo's that's what could be throwing out the parts info as the parts numbers are obviously colour specific.

I had a quick look last night and yeah the front mudguard for example, the part numbers are the same for both models apart from the paint code bit, which you'd expect. If I get chance I'll have another look this evening.
Nose, mids, lowers, rad, are not the same as 6/7. Most other parts are like tail, shelter and front mud gaurd, hugger etc. There were over 200 mods from 5 - 6. So check all parts before you buy.
