    Hi All

Has anyone tried the above tyre on their fireblade?

It has great reviews and doesn't require scrubbing in.

Also on another note, I may be out and about this Sunday on the 272 if anyone is around?

Not with the blade but on the Buell.
They are very sticky but extremely soft in the middle so the buell shredded them in 1000 miles, on the blade all tyres last longer, all tyres get munched by the buells torque.
That said I must admit I liked them, you can literally rag it straight out the shop they need no scrubbing.
They show a faint banding pattern in the centre well before the tread is near done.......watch for this coz within 100 miles they will be toast!
They also don't like any pressure other than 36 / 42
Personally think there are much better tyres for the blade.

I have these on the blade and love them, wet or dry, agree with the above regarding pressures. Had Rosso2 last twice before and found them twitchy in the wet and when cold. Never had problems with the Contis spinning up.

Bought my 08 blade second hand a couple of years ago and it came with these on. Must admit I was very pleasantly surprised by them especially in the wet!

Used Conti's on the FJR, ZXR & XT1200Z and very impressed every time. Shredded the rear on the FJR and as above, saw material within 50 miles.

Attack 1's are better wearing than the 2's but not as sticky. Re wear I've had 8000 - 10,000 out of the rear. 7,000 - 8,000 out of fronts.

I've not tried them on the blade as of yet.
