hi abb,just tried to order a helmet from wheelup,they have just sent me an e mail asking for my id documents and a picture of my card leaving the numbers covered apart from the last 4 because of fraud,.....did they ask the same when you bought from them....seems dodgey....so told em i'm not doing that....thanks steve
Hi Steve, I ordered mine no problem. However I did get some random email like the one you mention some days later, I too told them they won't be getting any further details from me! I received my helmet some days later, all good. Hope that helps.
