I'm not too sure how good a bracket would stand up in a crash mate compared to something directly bolted in. It would have some leverage on the engine bolt.
They are no good, I bought a set. They clamp around the frame locating on a hole in the back of they frame. I fitted them and found the bracket was stressed and cracked, I took them back to the suppliers and got my refund. Two hours taking the fairing off and replacing I should have bought crash bungs that bolt directly to the frame.
