First ride of the year today and I managed to loose one of my beloved ear plugs which I bought at the bike show about 8 years ago. Am gutted as they were amazingly comfy unlike the disposable ones which I just can't get on with, same goes for those Christmas tree style things which I bought from Hein G back in the day. Sadly due to to much Guinness at the bike show I have no idea of the name of the company I got them from so am now in the market for a new pair. Any suggestions or recommendations as to where to start and which ones are good. I'm not interested in using phone or iPod etc while riding, just comfy ear defenders Suggestions gladly received, especially if there is a supplier in the Chester area. Many thanks
I've got ultimateear squidgy's and their soundears. Brilliant. They use audiologist's around the country to take impressions so you should hopefully find one near you. Expensive, but well worth the money.
Specsavers do filtered custom fit hearing protection specifically for motorcyclists. They don't go too far into the ear canal and are comfortable for long periods.
