From my experience I would say you would be unlucky if you had to pay any import on such a small value?
Depends on what the label says and what the importer thinks, hint they have a nice admin fee that they like to charge. If you do get hit the rates are here https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty and add about a tenner in fees.
As @raphael says, I think they would fly under the radar. I recently received carbon product from China with no fees and I've received leather jackets from India/Pakistan with no fees. The snake charming flute was a surprise though!!
