evening! One of my hobbies (and also my job) is cnc machining. I offer custom machining to various car groups and would like to offer the same service to you guys. I can machine pretty much most things. Prices are dependant on the complexity and amount of parts (group buys cheaper etc) also I can offer mirror polishing of existing components and parts machined by me. For instance the following part https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/232647038549
Easy to machine (my quality would be 1000 times better) for less money to you guys. If you wanted it anodised or mirror polish there is a charge. But I can get it done. If anyone has any requirements or the site has any groupbuys let me know. Obviously with approval of admins. If the group does a group buy a percentage of the payments made to me will be put back to the club (again if allowed).

    Cheers guys

    Thanks mate.

Was a while ago when I was working in a different engineering firm, where I had the chance to make this sort of thing without anyone taking a hissy fit.

I made around 30-35 sets of these for the guys on the forum at a steal to be fair, and have been plagued to make more, though not possible for me as I now work for a different company making very much larger parts now and don’t have the time.

I still have my own custom 1 in my toolbox off of my Blade. Won’t be selling that though as I may still get another Blade for track again

To be honest it would take me a fair bit of digging around to get it all. I spent the best part of 2 months getting it right, before I then created CNC programs and fixtures to make them. Pretty sure it ended up at around 7 operations to complete the parts using 3 axis CNC machines.

If I had access to my 5 axis machine at the time it would be down to around 4 Ops.
