F**k that is scary, I would have expected there to be an instinctive or automatic muscle reaction at the moment they connect with what I assume are the power lines above but they seem to just freeze ? (no joke intended) because the voltage was so high?
They were pushing with the palms of their hands and so when zapped the muscles would automatically have clenched, effectively forcing the hands to grip.
This is where this country has at least got their house in order regarding safe systems of work ,Method Statements , Risk assessments ect .Throw in some basic common sense and you have a chance ,Without these your on a loser .Its a shame that these poor guys had left home to do a days work and where never going home.

Hmmmm... Not sure how I feel after watching that! Pretty sad as Giv mentioned but also a good way to highlight how dangerous working sites can be. Please do not find the ones about the air compressor use on site!
