Datatag. Where to put transponder?

I've bought a datatag kit for my track bike. The transponder is meant to be stuck inside the frame. OK, but where is the access hole to get it into the frame?
It doesn't help that the bike has carbon frame protectors which are probably covering the hole. Where should I start looking?

 

On my RR8, I found access holes under the left hand fairing on one of the vertical engine stays.

 

I think some dealers stick it in the underside of the seat in the foam or in the wiring loom...

 

Different transponder. Two little glass ones for the seat and the loom, two larger plastic ones for the frame and the wheels (two of the three).
