Don't know if any of you have any advice here but my girlfriend's car got caught in a massive hail storm that hit County Durham last night. Her poor car has maybe 20 dents on the roof and about the same amount on the bonnet. Anyone have any experience of this or know the best way to remedy it? Thanks.
Insurance or get a recomendation on a dent guy to price it up as well. see which will be best for her
depending on how bad the dents are simply heating the metal up can force a dent out or if its a little worse you can get a dent puller with the little plastic tabs you glue to the body work then pull out with a clamping tool. I have one they work a treat i will drop a link of one for you.
There you go bud hope it helps. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Paintless...930?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2a521ffe92
Not anywhere near you i know but some of these mobile dent removal guys are superb, we had a guy come around to sort our Merc after yours truly dismantled our garage door with the 1 week old car he was brilliant.
Any idea if this would work with an aluminium bonnet? I had a dent specialist attempt to repair mine without success.
If i was you Ian i would give it a try as you can apply as much or as little pressure as you like ive got some pretty bad dents out mine especially when swinging my new 4 iron a little too close to my brand new merc and hitting the quarter panel lets just say the 4 iron never got the chance to go in the golf bag but the dint came out
