    Other half is away... I've got a freshly washed bike with a tank full of fuel... Anyone out to play this weekend?! :)

    Taking the bike to London this eve to watch the Smithfield Nocturne... a mental fast bike race that I used to do myself. Lots and lots of spectators (crowd is epic esp on the tight adverse camber bend with a drain cover in the middle of it...) a few of us going down to join in if anyone else wants to come along :)

    Went to London - traffic horrific. Even on a motorbike took me 2hrs to get from Reading... the filtering was carnage because people were getting out of their cars and leaving doors open!!! FML!!! The ride home was clear... really opened up the throttle :D

    ... but.... 4hrs on the blade and my ears felt like they were bleeding, my hands went numb and my back was pretty sore. Woken up this morning feeling like I have whiplash!

    SO WORTH IT. Massive grin. :D

    Better than the tube... It took me 4 hours to get from Maidenhead to Angel... HST fires, signal failures, weekend works... Should have taken my bike. But I was out for a drink afterwards
