    Hey Guy's

Fastbikes printed an interesting observation during they're Superbike Of The Year regarding the Blade! They say that the heat that emenates from the standard exhaust basically fecks the shock! Affecting damping, internals and hydraulics! Affecting all 08+ bikes
I had to replace my shock a few weeks ago because it had seized solid! I couldn't adjust the preload back after carrying a pillion I just wrecked the adjustment collar!
When I bought my bike it had 6,500mls on the clock and I replaced the standard exhaust with a Leo Vince can shortly after buying it!
But I'm thinking if the 6,500 mls done with the standard can had done any damage to the original shock!
After buying the bike I noticed there was very little movement at the rear when I sat on it, always feeling firm and I thot that was the norm!

But I managed to get a replacement shock of eBay it had done 0miles ( Of a new race prep Blade) and the difference is unreal!
My bike now feels amazing!!... So compliant with loads more feedback and comfort also cornering is epic I have so much more confidence!

I just thot I'd post this incase anyone has experienced problems or has had any gradual degradation of their shock

    Cheers Trev :)
