I do and I run these at the mo which are really good for not a lot of cash, don't believe the hyped up Chinese lumen ratings but they are bright enough for most places & the battery lasts for ages on my commute, I run it on low most of the time and put it on high when going down the dark lanes with no street lights. Plenty bright enough to be seen by cars, don't angle them up you will dazzle cars / motorbikes.

I am going to try one of these too should be a bit brighter, but doubt it will last as long.

You can get some the lights a bit cheaper but these are from UK sellers with a uk plug on the charger. Direct from China is cheaper but it can take weeks & weeks for delivery.

For the back light I am running these which again are very bright and cheap, planet x do loads of good stuff

I was against buying Chinese lights but then you remember most of the big makes get theres made in China and slap there badge on it anyway. The quality is not top notch but it is fit for the job and you are not paying much. I would only spend more on lights for mountain biking in the woods at night.
