if you've got a nice garden , forget it.........they dig everything up! need lots of exercise as a working breed, and make sure parents are hip scored as can be prone to hip dysplasia, epilepsy is a fairly common problem too, aren't many around so finding a breeder will be a problem
Thanks for that Jude. Have you experience with the LR breed? sps - we are fans of the Bassett griffon breed but we were wondering if we fancied a change, I had learned of a 16 week old pup that had become available. I had read up on them but wondered if anyone had first hand experience.
I'm a vet nurse had a client with a couple but never owned one myself, lovely happy dogs, as I say so long as you like walking they are fab, pretty uncommon breed, we don't see many
