Well it's turning colder but looks to be dry next week? What bike you on Scooby and group? Will keep an eye out for ya Simon
not sure what bike i'll be on,could be my 09 blade if it doesn't sell,or a Beemer,if i find one in time
well forecast was right about cold but wrong about dry, it looks like moderate to heavy rain now, oh well better dig some waterproofing stuff out
be reet,if it rains we'll get wet,if it's windy we'll get cold,if it's wet+windy we'll be cold+wet but hopefully still on 2 wheels....
Was a good day, dry morning, wet afternoon with a drying line by end of day. there were a few offs (as usual at track days), and two bikes on fire I think? at least one blew up and went down just in front of me at Goddards, was a bit worried about oil but I kept of his line just in case and then we got red flagged and came in anyway and all was ok, for us anyway was a great day as usual just a quick pic of Me and Paul exciting the Melbourne loop
yep had a good few sessions, and i dont normally let the rain spoil my fun,but as i think the bike might have sold didn't want to risk putting the wets on. was only 1 red in fast group, but uit was a good un' going down craner,1st lap, warm tyres maybe, but cold track(even if you have warmers,on a cold track take a lap to get upto proper working temp),and away they went,1 bike will be going into the skip i suspect but the rider got off lightly i was told.
Great photo. It shows you've got the balls to give it some in the cold/wet. I'm still working on my mind set, hopefully a few dry days will change it to accept what speed the bike can corner in.
