I'm going to book for me and the family the weekend at Donny. Would have to go the Sat morning and home after the race Sun. the price at the moment for the weekend Adult is £50 and £20 camping kids under 13 free. But they have a ADULT SUPER WEEKEND Includes: Weekend admission, Paddock & Pitwalk Passes and Grandstand seating but this is another £42 extra I have no issues paying the extra if ti's worth it? But is it? is the grandatsnd worth it and do you get much chance with the pitwalk? would this be like the BSB pitwalk?
I go every year, but I don't pay the extra so can't comment. There are plenty of good viewing spots around the track, so never felt the need. I usually go friday afternoon, catch the last few sessions and then have a bit of a booze up on the camp site before watching qualifying on Saturday. Sunday pack the tent, watch the racing and head off home after.
Would love to go the friday but the kids are in school. even picking them up then going I would not get to donny until 6-7pm. would be a long day for them so was thinking of packing the friday night and leaving early on Sat. Say 7AM to get a good day there
You'll be fine with that. I only go on the friday because I live down the road and It's good laugh. You won't be missing that much. Most people turn up on saturday. I'll try not to burn myself out on the Friday
You can't beet a bit of Donni I was lucky to find myself there a couple of years ago... here's a couple of Pic's I loved the pit lane walk around un hindered At the time I was ridding a Daytona 675 so tis was a real Buzz for me I hope this helps make your mind up ;-) At the end of the day it's only money and memories last a life time.
LOL no issue going the sat mate Ray I know Phil should be coming along either on the bike on Sunday or Weekend with the wife I'm going to book up the sat and sun before the end of the year

Desperately need a short break despite low funds. So looking at just getting a Sunday ticket for me, lad and wife for this bank holiday and taking advantage of the cheap camping So who on here has booked or is planning on going? Do they still stop you taking gas on the campsite (got caught at a motogp years ago). Weather looks like its gonna change for the worse (as usual).
