Fellas i have searched through all the old threads on double bubble screens my question is how much difference does 27mm make ? (genuine Honda) does it really cut out all/most of the buffeting you get at speed ? which one to go for ? genuine honda mra others ? thanks Julian

Skidmarx McGuinness Replica Screen for Honda Fireblade Motorcycle Screens, Bodywork, Rear Huggers, Fairings, Belly Pans, Undertrays Skidmarx screens were on the podium of every TT in 2011
I have fitted the genuine Honda screen. It's definitely an improvement on the standard. It also still looks like it should be there, some of the screens I have seen seem a little forced.
I have just been to lemans and having the Genuine Honda screen certainly helped.(980 miles) Personally prefer to stay with the Branded stuff as Slim Ted says they look like they should be there. Branded R+G and Kriega are my products of choice (Kriega cause of great advise on here)
I went with the puig screen, made a big difference as I would be all body no legs so I usually tower over the front end.
The McGuiness screen is good but they don't make one for 12-13 Blades hence why I went for the ZG Sport Touring
I can give the thumbs up for the MRA Double Bubble. I fitted one just last week and there is a noticeable improvement in comfort levels and IMO looks neat and tidy too, and is pretty well made. Decisions. decisions
+1 on the MRA. Don't know quite how it rates amongst the other third party screens but its better quality than the OEM one I took off, fit perfectly and makes a staggering improvement at motorway speeds.
the fabbri is also very good. very well made, nice styling and adds a fair bit up top. almost a triple bubble! ive had them on my firestorm, sp1 and sp2 and rate them high. one of the easiest mods if you like top end....
