Thought you fixed it mate, check the discs and wheel bearings, maybe warped or side play pushing the pistons back?

Sound did i Arthur. No leak no fluid loss. Push piston back check seals all ok? Pressure there if standing goes if riding 3? 3 pumps its back up.

Could be, they are a VERY simple design and are easy to strip (I think you have already?) seal could be split but then Id expect it to be weak all the time, hence why Id say its the pistons getting pushed back, a classic example of what you have.

As I said many Ducati owners say they are 19mm too and they are not, they are 18mm if your looking for seals, again like I said Ducati do NOT sell the bloody seals but KTM etc should be the same.

Ah! That's your problem mate, disc floats off center and pushes back the pistons as I though?

Gutted as not a cheap fix! Brembo Oro are around £400 pair! OEM 848 discs are good, think 1098 etc run a 330mm disc and not a 220 like the 848, check the sizes of what you have before ordering anything, wonder why they ditched the very good OEM Brembo's?
