Had a set of sportsmarts on this season and have been very pleased
fantastic dry grip on track and rd
Very good wet grip on the rd not bad on track but do squirm at full lean in wet.
Decent mileage for me, rear will probably make 2.8k with even wear and no squaring front about same very worn shoulders
Riding has neen mostly snowdonia scratching but a bit of motorway and 4 trackdays.

Tempted to try dunlops gp211 but not shure which compound medium or endurance would like slightly sportier feel, trackday grip with a bit more in the wet and resonable miles.

I see from the tyre post on this page that remal has tried these could you or any one else advise
    cheers

I think you're asking for the impossible out of one tyre. Sportsmarts about the best for road use, possibly Michelin PR4 better in the wet but going for more track grip you'll sacrifice that wet grip.

Yeah I know its a big ask but
Wet grip on track dont need to be mind blowing as I'm a wuss in the wet, quick but smooth and sensible in the wet on the road, I just cant afford wets and a spare wheel set but would like to have fun if track day goes soggy.
Miles wise anything over 2.5k is a bonus

The D211 GP Racers are fantastic tyres.
Since the D212 appeared the D211 are now substantially cheaper.
Go for the endurance compound, you won't be disappointed

Bridgestone T30's are what the Haslam Race School use and they are great in wet and dry. I was at the school when Leon lapped on a standard Blade at 1.35s on those tyres. If your mainly on road with odd track day you could do a lot worse?
