Hi guys , we are all nearing the end of motorcycling for 2012 , just wondered if we could get going a group buy of Dunlops for next year , Remal sorted it out last year with his friend "Chris" , The earlier we start this the more names we can get on a list , make it more worth while for Remal and Chris to sort , I myself we need a new set , Fargser wants two sets , Remal if your out there what do you think ??
Possibility to put in storage for next summer, although I'm uncertain about going away from my Power Pures, however I am planning on spending more time on track next year.
My Dunlops still got life left but selling them on after 3 k ont he read and another 1k left on them for more track bases rubber. I would be interested in GP racers or D211 Ntec's and Dunlops wets. one track mind I know but if we can get people wanting roa and track tyres over the next few moths then a good idea Anything this a sticky this thread is a good idea?
I put Dunlops on for this season "Sportsmarts" done about 4500 miles on them , this included a track day and before that a euro tour round Germany And Austria , you have to try these to to realise how good they are , Honestly best tyre I have ever had on a bike , Still got about 1500 miles left in them
Depends on how many people we get but last year was about £207 &£7 p&p And got to say after about 100 miles plus the gp racers are feckig sticky and the 55 ar profile feels much Better
Id be interested, on my second rear since the last group buy with the front now looking like it needs replacing.
I got my last set from these people Motorbike Tyres £220 delivered. My biggest problem is finding somewhere that will fit tyres you haven't bought from them. I've either had flat refusals or quotes like £15 + VAT per loose wheel which seems like a lot to me.
Ill second that one, seems all the fitters get the arse ache if you get deals online, offline and just fleece you for fitting dont reckon id get them off and on meself so were over a barrel?
All depends where you go gents, if you take your old tyres away it's also cheaper as they get charged for disposing of them. Racing lines in derby do them for about £15-20 for both all in which I don't think is that bad personally, people have to make money somewhere.
