Just been reading that Ad as I have my eye on the Samsung Fireblade! The Guys states his 'Buy it Now' price is £25K lol Don't matter what he say's he's spent on it why would anyone cough up £25K for a 08 Duke when they could by a new standard HP4 for £16K or even the bling'd carbon jobbie for less than £20K, both of which would White wash his Duke round any Track is beyond me?
Some people are in dream land! There is a guy down the road from me with a k1 1000 with 3 sets of 16.5 inch mags with discs and a load of spares and can't see why no one is interested, £5k ono! I have a little laugh every time he moans about the lack of interest in his bike. When I tell him my rr6 with ohilins and a load of bling was £3k he always says the bloke was desperate to which I reply that's what its worth! We all like to think what we have is worthy a lot but the reality of it it's not. As said you would be better off buying a brand new bm, ducati or Aprillia for under £20k and buying spares with the change! Good luck anyway and it will end up like the K1 up the road!
