Just seen 2 yoshi R77 exhaust each sell for £465 Inc postage, seems a bit much for a second hand one when you can buy brand new from the states for a similar price

Plenty of people pay over the odds on ebay imo which unfortunately makes getting a bargain increasingly difficult.

A damaged top faring went for £120 last week, I just bought a brand new one in the dealers for £160 total madness imo as the repairs will easily be £100

Ebay these days is full of muppets, just because it appears on an auction site i think they believe it must be a bargain !!!! I once spotted some used interior trim for a BMW Compact go for £18 ..... i bought it new from a main BMW dealer for £10 !!! Total half-wits.

seen that when restoring my 350 lc few years back. people panic when what they think is a difficult to obtain item comes up for sale and don,t think to check with dealers if the parts are still available. i seen packs of 6 grommets that hold side panels on (3 per side) go for over £35 quid and when i contacted yamaha got all 6 for less than £8. some people can make a good living out of it if they no whats what!!

Some people are so daft with money it would only take 5 minutes to phone the dealer and check.
