I saw they're creating a documentary of Eddie Kidd to (hopefully) be released next year or early 2014. They're currently croudsourcing to get the funds to put together 16 years of footage and work on the post production... so I pledged a wee contribution to the cause. Didn't break the bank, but hopefully it'll help in the making the story one of my childhood stunt heros They need to reach their target by 22nd Jan or it won't be put into production. My pledge won't be taken unless it goes ahead so I recon it's a win-win. It's on kickstarter here: White Men Can Jump! - The Eddie Kidd Story (Official) by Nick Kennedy & Sharon Day — Kickstarter A reminder of what he did (who was that "Kinevil" bloke anyway )
Still got a signed programme from his original shows, think it was late 70s or early 80s. He was my childhood hero! Cheers for the heads up! PS: I also have the dodgy 12" Picture disc single he bought out too lol the shame
will put a contribution in the pot for this to be aired as he was a great hero of mine to when growing up went to watch him at a local event pure class! a true fighter!
i was there the day it all went wrong. you could of almost heard a pin drop. from so much noise to silence deffo a hero
