Hi, had my SC59 dynoed early (164bhp, is that good?) Anyway, the Dyno operator got an electric shock from the petrol cap and we also noticed that when he fitted the lambda sensor in the exhaust, he was also seeing a spark. When this happened the headlights dimmed and my HM dash reset itself (this is not a new problem) My guess is a HIgh Voltage problem as it’s obviously not 12volts, any ideas of the cause anyone?
Blo0dy Hell. Whilst I cant offer anything of value to the root cause - other than suggest taking it to an electrical expert - I'd suggest you take extreme care. Imagine a rogue spark off of the edge of the filler cap and the petrol pump nozzle
