The standard 2 year warranty expires this month, any thoughts on some suggested areas to get checked.

Its running fine to be fair, managed 22,500 miles, its going in for a service anyway and wondered if there was anything in particular that they should check??

    thoughts and cheers

Unless sumats actually bust then no Dealers guna make work for themselves with 5 mins left on the Warranty.

If it's bothering U that much then extend the Warranty while U still can.

no manufacturer does an end of warranty inspection- that I know of.
I would either approach the dealer or a specialist to do an AA type of inspection and give you a report= like you do when you buy a second hand car. You will have to pay for the inspection

It will only cover failures down to a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear items unless it's consequential damage of something failing. If you haven't noticed anything up with the bike then I highly doubt anything will be reported to you. If there's something you are not happy with or not sure with , just give it a mention and let them decide.
Bmw , on their cars get you booked in for a free end of warranty check after 3 years. All warrantable items are rectified.

This is how it should be for all manufacturers of all vehicles imo

Shame KIA don't make Bikes, they're the only feckers brave enough to offer a comprehensive 7 year warranty on their wares!

Yamaha offer an inspection much to the annoyance of their warranty department, it was a sales idea. In most cases items suffering from corrosion were replaced not everything as it comes down to maintenance and care of the machine but some parts have been renewed. I wouldn't expect the same response from Honda.

Haha, Honda don't even want to know or admit warranty issues at any time during the warranty period of their vehicles! ;)
