Engine light flashes 8 times.

Hi all, I have just spent the morning fitting a quick action throttle and it all went well apart from the picture of an engine light is now flashing 8 times. Can I get this light to go out and what does the 8 flashes tell me?

I will look up the code - sounds like a sensor needs reconnecting.

 

It's your TP sensor on side of throttle bodies.

Double check connection on right side of throttle bodies.

It says 8-1 is low voltage
8-2 high voltage
