I have just taken a standard can off with the servo cable disconnected and put on an Akra with the same cable disconnected but now I'm getting the engine management light flashing.
I don't know if it makes a difference but it's flashing slow twice then fast 3 times straight after, its running very lumpy Sewell nowanyone have any ideas what I have done or can do to correct it pleases I need the bike first thing in the morning
    Cheers

Probably to do with the servo light if you haven't put the servo wheel back to its start position

havent touched the servo wheel steve since i took the yoshi off,and didnt get the light with the standard can and no cable attached,i spoke to a garage and they have told me to run it up to temp then let it get cold and repeat 3 times and that should re-set it.
got to replace the battery so will do an ecu re-set after that and see if that does anything? just worried if it will do ant damage if i use it ?

I take it this is now sorted? The code it was giving you would be 23 I believe. It'll say somewhere in the manual what it's for.
