Swapping over fairings for upcoming track days, 2018 sp. Unplugged and removed front headlight unit, which has caused the Engine management light to come on. Other than put the original unit back on, does anyone know how to deal with the light? Thanks
Depends on whether the light is indicating that the issue is past or present tense. Did you leave the tilt sensor on the bike when you removed the headlights? It could just be the CANBUS seeing the lack of lights. Does the bike have a menu setting for removing lights for track use?
