Will sort some proper pics like you guys have done asap.

If anyone needs a front mudguard, I have a new Hotbodies one from Ten Kate spare as in the pic(unpainted).

This is an early pic m8, we've gone thru the issues previously. I cant find any pics of your bike, where are they? Also, did you check out the new pics on my lift thread in maintenance, what you reckon?

Oh when you first fitted the caliper? I read the other day a chap had a problem with his caliper being too close to the disc with his BST wheels, same problem that you had by the looks of things, my guess is the BST's are set to the right as both of you had the same problem with two different brackets.. I have no new pics and the bikes in bits at the mo, soon as I get it together again I will take some new ones asap for you all... Bike looks very nice mate can't wait to see those forks fitted.

Glad you like what I'm doing with her guys, thanks. Look forward to yr pics Arthur, sounds like its awesome from what comments I've read! Interesting what you said about BST offset, with the std setup, off set was spot on.

As you can see by the unswept area, the Braking disc looks to be around 2.5mm oversize, which the Brembo nicely countered.
I wish I had gone bespoke as on my Gixer, no such probs:

I had to show these lovely spacers I had made in Ti by the boys at Pretech!

Looks nice, so the Brembo mount runs 2.5mm lower than OEM, and the offset needed to be moved over to the right.. I am still waiting for my Brembo mount as the CZ one was a mile (8mm) off the edge of the Galfer disc so some of the pad was not used at all! Is your Braking disc bigger than 220mm? Sorry to ask so many questions mate hard to fine people who change from OEM.. and Im trying to guess what the Brembo mount will be like with my OZ wheels, by the way my offset on the OZ's is also more (+/- 2/3mm) to the right of the bike, however chain side is spot on seems that with aftermarket wheels the hub offset can be +/- whatever front and rear... :)

All came from Ten Kate. When they switched to Ohlins, they had 3 sets of suspension left, I got the last set of new stuff.
Can't measure rear disc on the bike Art, & that unswept section is no more, so refer to that close up on the other thread. Sorry. You'll be fine with HPK mount , am sure.

Cheers m8, you've prob seen most types, but would you recommend the HRC rear reservoir? I hear they can lob lots of lovely dot 5 over your bike? Where's pics of yr bike?
