I bought an Evotech tail tidy and rear light for my 2008 CBR 600RR over a year ago. Well Dave and I went out for a ride over the weekend, and he noticed that my brake light wasn’t working, well at first he thought I was engine braking all the time. When we got home Dave tested it and it was indeed broken. So I contacted a guy called Gary, who told me it was out of warrantee, but immediately told me that they stand by their products and promptly sent me a replacement, and no cost, not even postage, how kind is that. I’ve sent the defective light back so they can see what the fault is. It gives me a nice feeling when companies look after there customers, even in these hard economic times. I bought tail tidy, shorty levers and swing arm bobbins from them! Asked for best price for all three and they knocked £40 off! Great company and Gary is very helpful.
See that's great in future even if their products a bit mire pricey than a similar item your likely to pick them Anyway due to customer service, fair play to them!
