Finally fitting the Akrapovic headers. I have seen stories of the the header bolts snapping but is there any issues with the header nuts seizing themselves?

To be honest I'd replace both after my experience when I changed mine over! I had a bolt snap and was a bitch to sort

I used a stud extractor to pull out the rest and replaced with titanium and used ceramic grease to lube the studs into the head

Thanks mate, yes exactly my concerns, I have titanium studs and nuts to fit. Did it snap when undoing the nut?

Well it never quite went according to plan. 6 nuts loosened without an issue. Two came out attaching to the stud! New exhaust is on but will need some alignment.

At least no broken studs! Shouldn't take long to align

I recently had the same issue! One of the nuts was firmly attached to the stud and pulled the stud out.
I bought a replacement and a few spares (nuts & studs).

What torque should be used for the studs? The nut torque is spec'd in the manual but not the stud.

I ended up using a slitting wheel on a dremel and splitting the nuts down their length and chiselling them apart, what an absolute PITA. Couple can out with the stubs attached, so replaced them with 8mm threaded rod.
