    Katanga.
I refitted my Akra as I wan't happy with how close to the swingarm it was.
It seems ok and sits about 5mm away from it until I tighten the footrest bolt and that pulls it in really close to the swingarm.

At rest it has about 1mm gap which increases whenever I put load on the rear spring, but when the rear spring unloads (braking etc) then it presses against the swingarm
For now I've put a strip of Ventureshield on the swingarm so that nothing gets scratched.

Anyone else got such a tight tolerance?

Stick a couple of washers behind the footrests to pack them out 3mm and that should do the trick mate.

I had to do the same, add a 3 mm spacer.

Same as the other answers really, is that a full system or end can? My system came with 2 3mm spacer for the footrest bolts.

If you got a slip on with an s-bend, loosen all the fixings/joints and twist the s-bend to adjust the can.
    Thats what i did anyway!

    Cheers you sexy beasts.
Yea, mine came with the spacers and are fitted to the footrests.
    Maybe I need more?

It seems to be the carbon strap that holds the exhaust is pulling it onto the swingarm. It's fine until I torque that up.
I tried adjusting the link pipe, but it didn't make any difference. I might remove the strap, loosen up link pipe and have another go
