    Pros :

    1. sorts out the fuelling PROPERLY and matches can to air/fuel if you have a custom map.
    2. Increased MPG (in my case)
    3. You can match it to baffle in and baffle out with different maps so better optimised bike for both occasions.
    4. More performance, although not loads more.
    5. Smoother feel in the rev range, and an all over smoother bike
    6. Eliminates flat spots in the delivery.

    All imo anyway.

    Cons:

    1. Nothing, apart from the cost of buying it and having a custom map.

I assumed it'd be sumat along those lines.

I'm well versed in Car mapping as I've had both my previous vehicles done with good results, my current car is a Merc E320 CDi Sport Estate which has been mapped and it flies, comparatively that is!

So does the PC let you alter maps on the fly so to speak and what sort of money is a custom map and dyno set up on a Blade?

Agreed don't see any cons...have had one on my bike since Aug last year but not ridden it yet (it's a track bike) hoping to have it dyno'd and set up early this year so I'll put a post up on it.

You can alter maps if you load them on with a laptop. IIRC, the PCV can only let you switch maps on the fly with an extra accessory though which plugs in to it.

Steve at Motrac mate. He fitted the PCV and custom mapped for £150, took ages as he blanked of the PAIR too and did a few other bits.
