Fairing stay/ clock bracket

Hi and happy holidays

Does anybody know the torque settings for the fairing stay/clock bracket? for the two bolts that bolt the bracket to the frame
Can't seem to find it anywhere

2013 cbr1000rr

 

I couldn't find them went for bolt size 20nm and blue loctite couple years few trips in gravel still good
