Hiya Matey. Not sure you can help out. L has a 2010 SLK, she had some rear tyres fitted as couple of weeks ago (god knows how she knocked them out in only 16'000 miles). The car went into MB transport department for a service last week and I got a phone call to say it was ready but it was noted that the spare tyre compressor was missing from the boot. I checked, and it was ticked as being present the last time it was serviced. The only people that have been anywhere near the car are the tyre people so it wouldn’t take a brain surgeon to work out what happened to it, When I called them up to ask for it back, you can guess the reply I got. I involuntary called them thieving bsatards to which he took exception. I elaborated on exactly what I thought, finishing by thanking him for his outstanding customer service and how proud his mother must be. Long shot, but you wouldn’t happen to have one knocking about would you?
