Im looking to make some changes to my stock RR6, and the back end is where most of its happening, going to install integrated brake/indicators (poss MOT fail I know) then new slip on Yoshi, Two Bros or Akrapovic but them im looking at a fender eliminator, I want it down where all the Yanks have them, behind the rear shocker and above the rear mud guard, is there any legalities having it here? even if its was angled down? Finally are there any problems in removing all the heat shields or are there any that must stay on? Basically same back end as this...
As far as legalities go,MOT fail equals not road legal,also possible insurance implications in the event of a claim. So that's the indicators and unless you can fit a full size number plate in there it's a fail too. Personally I think it looks great but I'd imagine traffic police would think differently
