Well a few bits started to come in for the 2012 blade . I do have the other gb racing covers but couldn't be bothered to go the garage ha ha . Hrc stay was silver I had this painted today . Sato race hooks . CRC fairings are with the paintshop but too cold to paint so he getting rid of all tiny blemishes . Powercommander on way and my last add on (yeah right) can't decide on which quickshifter ???? My gb pulse cover seems to have a 4 bolt fixing aswell I thought it was a 3 bolt looking at the other threads and thought engine cases were the same ? Ill wait till my couple of weeks off over Xmas and get them all bolted up
Nice one mate, want to keep this in the lounge of to the mods board? GB racing covers are very good, still not fitted my street hooks yet, going to do it after Christmas with the bike strip down
Oh sorry was doing on phone please move if you can buddy . Dreading doing the hooks . I have changed engines but these seem do fiddly lol
I started a few months back then gave up as it was too cold at the time. When I get the track fairing and remove the fairing I'm going to do it then
Sorry for the dumb question but, What is the "Hrc stay" for I cant work out where it goes? I'm sure it's obvious once you know!
fits on the front of the clock, fairing bracket to hold the catch bottles in, needed for the rules in racing.
Just ordered my second HM quickshifter from Arthur, best shifter without a doubt independent of the power commander so if it goes tits up (which mine did) you still have a fully functional shifter..... Besides that they truly are the smoothest and precise shifters out there had a year on the blade not one missed shift
2nd vote for the HM quickshifter. Great quality part and so easy to use. Also can be transferred to your next bike. Ive only ever used this QS but I cant see how it can be beaten!!
Gonna go for the HM me thinks thanks anyone have any advice if anyone has them how to fix carbon frame guards clear silicone or double sided tape ?
Very Nice !!! and good choice on the HM QS On the R1 i used the thinner number plate fixing pads in a few areas to secure the frame covers, worked for the 2 years I had the bike although there may be another way ?
