Looks nice. I've not fitted one to the blade but the Nitron on my SRAD took no longer than an hour. Tricky part was keeping the mounting holes lined up once the shock was removed, ie. keeping the swingers from moving once the shock's been taken out.
Easy enough to fit yourself within an hour, just give the linkage nuts a squirt of wd40 or plusgas the night before

It will take them 40 mins tops. Get the socket set out. It really is a piece of piss to fit. I had mine out, new spring fitted to the K-Tech shock and fitted to the bike well within 2 hours.
Yeah real easy, as long as you have a stand to take weight off the shock its just a case of taking some bolts out, swap shocks and bolt up... not hard at all
Its a simple enough job to tackle yourself. Although if you still have the stock exhaust on, you'll have to remove that first. Pay attention to the servo cables before dis assembly as you need to align them properly when putting it back on. Go for it, you might learn something
Don't have anything to take the weight of the bike, and I do seriously doubt myself, I'm a guy who puts IKEA flat pack together wrong But you are right, it will be a learning experience, so I'll ask the shop if I can watch and learn, it will be interesting.
Matt, I think if you ask the shop if you can watch, I don't think, when they look at you, they'll refuse lol. Nice colour spring too. Just a shame its hidden away within the swingarm.
What an amazing difference that is! Within 3 seconds it was clear the new shock had made a difference. Only got to ride it to the gym and then back tonight, so mostly straight roads, but compared to the old one it is like riding on air.
