Fireblade 2010 cam chain tensioner

    Just ordered a new cct for my blade any tips on changing it and anything to be wary of,mine just seems a bit noisey on tick over and over run

    Could be completely wrong but I thought a tensioner was just that a tensioner if it's noisy then it's the chain not the tensioner

    The tensioner is made of chocolate mate prone to ware
