Eh up all, i've finally managed to get some inspiration and type out a report! I'm not sure where to put it really, if this is wrong, apologies, i'm sure a mod can shift it to the right place??

Anyways, check out my report from the first race meeting i've done this year, and the first i've ever done on the Fireblade. It's all on my site, have a gander...

    Get a brew...

The 848 is a brilliant bike. It the closest big bike to a 250, they hold so much lean angle and corner speed.

Plus Jame Folkard is a great rider and reigning Aprilia RRV450 champion. He's gonna be right at the front of the 848's this year! He came round the outside of me round Hollywood and i forgot to accelerate i was so busy watching his lean angle, amazed!

i know the 848 is a great bike but there are a few non believers who think power is everything

Do the Thundersport Superstock 1000 race at Thruxton at all during the year.

No mate they don't race there. The full schedule for the year is on my website with dates and venues though :)

If power was everything, Frieblades wouldn't be competative these days. The fact is, the chassis is more important than the power. Power is nothing without control.
