    Hi,
I'm collecting a 2008 Blade on the Sunday and heading to Silverstone on the 18th. I've never ridden a blade before (I might try and find a dealer with the same model before the 18th so its not a completed shock).
I done over a dozen days at Knockhill on my GSXR 600K7. I traded in my GSXR 750 L1 for a Ducati 848 and have a 1999 Hayabusa so I'm not too worried about the new bike new track scenario.

    1) I would like to know if anyone has any information on suspension settings, I tip the scales at just over 16 stone with the leathers on. I suspect the bike will be on standard settings

    2) Is a GPR exhaust going to exceed the 104db regulation (GPE Carbonox)?

    3) I would normally start with 31psi front and 28psi rear with the Suzuki. I will be using tyre warmers and these are the hot pressures.

Any help would be really handy.

    ATB,
    Hoggy

if it's on stock suspension and stock settings,at that weight it will need firming up.

tyres, all depends what tyres they are......

db limit,no idea with that can/system.

    great bike though,so enjoy :)

Go and see the tyre guy on the day for correct hot pressures. Depending who it is they will probably be able to set the bike up suspension wise as well. It's not something most people do but it's what keeps your tyres in contact with the tarmac so is right up there with properly working brakes and is money well spent.
