After looking around for a hugger that was not overly large and not the £290 that Honda are charging I went for one that is very similar shape to the Honda one, looks nice quality and fits perfectly. Crap pictures but you can get an idea of it. It actually looks smaller on the bike than in photos.
Blimey .. have you ridden that yet? I was thinking man that's a clean bike then I noticed the tyres LOL
Got it a week ago and apart from a couple of 2 mile trips to show people it has either rained every day or I have had 2 kids to look after so not had a chance yet !!
blimey you need to get more riding in than buying bling bit's for it mate? Get out there and enjoy the weather while you can.
In my experience whether it's ABS or not makes no odds, it's just shyte manufacturing from the likes of Powerbronze etc which has caused problems for many. Only Bike I know where the PB one seems to fit OK is Wedgies, but I spose the law of averages will ensure they pop one out that's straight now and again!
It's not perfect but good enough took some fettling for something that should be so easy to manufacture I think . All I wanted it for was the original was so poor on track and the sticky tyres bricks were bladdering it . I will sell it and upgrade when a few more come out
Quality and fit is good, only thing that I was surprised to see was that it had a cutout around the rear shock where I expected it to totally cover that part. I have a small piece of rubber tucked underneath which now covers the gap but should have been totally enclosed in the first place.
Not for two weeks, I am in USA ! Real nice shape though and good fit, some look huge which is what I wanted to avoid, this is apparently moulded on the Honda hugger
