Hopefully my tail tidy will arrive today, does anyone have the 6 wire colours tested to save me getting the test light out. I know its lazy but easier.
    Cheers

Tested ? Not sure what you mean.
The instructions on the R&G (single paragraph) will tell you the colour match ups for each wire.
    It really is that easy.
And that is coming from a guy who at first was terrified of ballsing it up.
Before finding the cahones to just go for it.

The number plate and indicator unit has clips inside so that you can get the wire assembly out with all clips attached.
Although you will need to cut the number plate light cable to join to the R&G one.
I had the same with my Yoshi one.

Fitted loads of them but my wording was not great, it was just as you say the colour match ups, two for left flasher, two for right flasher and two for the rear led light.

Does the instructions have the colours already listed, if so then that will be a first, never had them before !!

I was just going to cut the original cable half way and solder the wires together but if I can get it out complete then that will be easier.

Yeh you will get it out mate, and unless you are fitting LED indicators you wont have to cut those wires.
They match up the R&G with the OEM wire colours in their instructions.

Oh and watch you don't break the clips inside that tail piece. It is clips, but it's difficult to open.
    I managed it eventually.
In the wee bit behind the number plate light is the 3 clips connected to the wires and indicators and lights.
Only the number plate light needs cutting.

Fitting my 'bling' Kellerman Rhombus flashers, keep them for every bike as they are about £100 a pair or something stupid like that, lovely shape though and very bright.
